钢包外装底吹氩透气砖装置的研制与应用

【摘要】 武钢第二炼钢厂通过把原用钢包内装式底吹氩透气砖改造为外装式底吹氩透气砖 ,并采用在钢包热态下更换透气砖、透气砖复通、透气砖生成类蘑菇头以及热修补等技术 ,使钢包的底吹氩成功率提高到 99%以上 ,满足了品种钢生产的需要 ,缩短了钢包维修时间 ,减轻了工人劳动强度。

【Abstract】 The hit rate of ladle bottom Ar bubbling has risen by 99 % in the No.2 Steel making Plant of WISCO by way of changing the originally internally installed permeable refractory element for bottom Ar bubbling purpose into the currently externally installed one as well as by institution of such a number of new technologies as exchange of the permeable refractory bricks under the hot ladle condition, recovery of the permeability of the refractory bricks and formation of a mushroom head in the brick and hot patching. As the result the demands of graded steels are well satisfied and down time of the ladle for repair purpose reduced and the labor intensity of workers alleviated as well.
