【Abstract】 Accompanying the changing of economics institution and social structure,the institution of grassroot level community organizations has also experienced historical changes.Based on a comparison between the constitutionguaranteed autonomous community and the present administrative community,this paper analyzed the possible causes for the difficulties in the administrative communitys development and the functions of the neighborhood committees,and searched for alternatives in approach to the communitys healthy development.更多还原
