湿法磷酸料浆分层过滤性能的实验研究
Experimental study on filterability of stratified WPA slurry
【摘要】 根据固液分离的基本原理 ,将磷酸料浆经水力旋流器分级为重液和清液 ,这 2类料浆按重液、清液的顺序进行分层过滤。实验研究了不同分级粒径对过滤强度的影响。结果表明 ,清液中固相平均粒径 8.31μm过滤强度最大 ;较之混合过滤 ,分层过滤可提高磷酸料浆的过滤强度达 5 0 %左右
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of solidliquid separation, the phosphoric acid slurry is separated by hydrocyclone to form thick and thin slurries. The two kinds of slurries are carried stratifiedfiltration in the thick and thin slurry sequence. The influences of various thin slurries with different solid particle sizes on filtration intensity are discussed. The results show that the thin slurry with the solid particle of average diameter 8.31 μm has the highest filtration intensity among them, and the technique increases by 50% filtration intensity to conventional filtration.
