【Abstract】 Based on a survey of 669 floating people living in four districts of Shanghai, and the interviews of 45 floating women, patients of three hospitals of gynaecology and Obstetrics in Shanghai, this paper finds there are many problems of gender equality in floating population’s employment. Some suggestions are put forward in the view of promoting the gender equality of floating population’s employment and the pair win of the floating Women and the local development.更多还原
