金属配合物交换吸附热分解法制备表面包覆锌的二氧化钛纳米粒子
Preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles covered with Zn by thermolysis of metal chelate complex
【摘要】 介绍了一种制备表面包覆锌的二氧化钛纳米粒子的新方法 .将乙酰丙酮合锌与纳米 Ti O2 交换吸附 ,灼烧去除有机配体后 ,得到了具有良好分散性的表面包覆锌的二氧化钛纳米粒子 .并采用 TGA-DTA,FT-IR,XRD,AAS和 TEM等测试方法对反应的前驱体和产物进行了表征和分析
【Abstract】 A new method of preparation of TiO 2 nanoparticles covered with Zn is proposed here. By adsorption and exchanging between TiO 2 nanoparticles and Zn(acac) 2 chelate complex, the oxide TiO 2(-Zn) is obtained after the resultant sample was annealed at 500℃. The characterization and the analysis were done by using DTA-TGA, FT-IR, XRD, AAS and TEM techniques. The final product TiO 2(-Zn) has the potential use for solar cell.
