非水毛细管电泳分离和测定己烯雌酚片剂中的有效成分(英文)

【摘要】 建立了一种用非水毛细管电泳测定己烯雌酚的新方法 .该方法中以甲醇作为溶剂 ,以乙酸钠作为电解质 ,研究了三羟甲基氨基甲烷 ( Tris)的加入对分离己烯雌酚及其分解产物的影响 .以 0 .0 1 mmol/L Tris-2 5mmol/L乙酸钠的甲醇溶液作为电泳介质 ,己烯雌酚及其离解产物能够得到成功的分离 .该方法应用于己烯雌酚片剂中有效成分的含量测定 ,结果令人满意

【Abstract】 A new non aqueous capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of diethylstilbestrol has been proposed.Methanol was used as a non aqueous electrolytic solvent.The effect of the addition of tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane(Tris) on the separation of diethylstilbestrol and its cleavage product was studied.Diethylstilbestrol and its cleavage product were separated successfully using 0.01 mmol/L Tris 25 mmol/L sodium acetate as the buffer.The method was applied to determine the active ingredient in diethylstilbestrol tablet.The results were satisfactory.
