【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨如何评价美白化妆品的美白效果 ,为我国制订美白化妆品的美白功效评价标准提供科学依据。[方法 ]选择 10名年轻女性 ,其连续使用某品牌美白化妆品 90d ,观察使用前及使用后第 3 0、60、90d其额、颊、颈部肤色的变化 ;肤色的测量采用光谱光度计。 [结果 ]颊部色差 (ΔE)在使用该品牌美白化妆品后升高 ,使用 3 0、60、90d后颊部ΔE分别为 4 85、5 2 1、6 77,使用 90d后颊部ΔE的变化有显著性 (t=2 72 1,P <0 0 5 )。其余各测试部位的变化无显著性。 [结论 ]颊部是美白化妆品人体试验合适的观察部位 ;使用该品牌美白化妆品 90d后颊部肤色变白更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effectiveness of lightening cosmetics and provide a proper method for lightening cosmetic function assessment. The skin color changes induced by using the test lightening cosmetics were evaluated in 10 Chinese young women with a tri stimulus colorimeter for 90 days. The ΔE of cheek after using the test lightening cosmetics for 30,60,90 days were 4 85,5 21,6 77,respectively. There were significant differences in the ΔE of cheek after using the test lightening cosmetics for 90 days but not significant differences for other tested areas. [Conclusion] Cheek is the most appropriate site for observing and the skin color of cheek was lightened after using the test lightening cosmetics for 90 days.更多还原
