【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌腋区淋巴结转移的相关因素,为判断乳腺癌患者病情及根治术后辅助治疗提供依据。方法:对594例乳腺癌根治术后患者的病历资料中与乳腺癌腋区淋巴结转移相关因素统计分析。结果:影响Ⅱ、Ⅲ见期乳腺癌腋区转移淋巴结个数及转移率的重要因素为:乳腺癌患者的病期、病理类型、癌瘤的大小及不同部位的癌瘤等。结论:乳腺癌腋区转移淋巴结个数及转移率受多因素影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To Investigate the interrelated factors on breast cancer axillary lymphatic metastasis and to provide scientific basis for deciding conditions of breast cancer patients and giving auxilliary treatments after radical mastectomy. Methods:Statistically analyse 594 cases of patients after treated with radical mastectomy and find out the interrelated factors to breast lymphatic metastasis. Results: The important factors that aflecl the number of breast cancer lymphatic metastasis and its transterring rate in the second and third phase of breast cancer are as follows: phases of breast cancer, kinds of pathology, sizes of tumours and tumours of different parts,etc. Conclusion:The number and rate of breast cancer lymphatic metastasis are affected by many factors.更多还原
