偏中心摄影验光定量的影响因素分析
The quantitative study of the eccentric photorefraction
【摘要】 目的 分析偏中心摄影验光定量的影响因素。方法 在验光室随机选择 5 0名 3~ 14岁的儿童 ,分别进行偏中心摄影验光和扩瞳验光。 6岁或小于 6岁的儿童用 1%阿托品扩瞳 ,大于 6岁的儿童用 0 .5 %托品酰胺或美多丽 - P扩瞳。根据所拍摄的照片测得新月影宽度和瞳孔直径 ,求得两者的比值 ,然后用 Stata统计软件计算屈光度数和两者的比值有无相关性 ,并分析这种相关性与年龄和性别等因素的关系。结果 新月影宽度与瞳孔直径的比值和屈光度数之间分别在 6岁以下和 6岁以上年龄组及在男、女性别组均存在相关性。相关公式分别为 Y =8.5 X;Y=9.4 X;Y=8.4 X;Y=9.7X- 0 .6。 (Y为屈光度数 ,X为新月影宽度和瞳孔直径的比值 )。结论 新月影宽度与瞳孔直径的比值和屈光度数之间存在相关性 ,这种相关性和年龄、性别等因素无关
【Abstract】 Obejctive To study the Eccentric Photorefraction quantitatively with statistic method . Methods we selected 50 children aged from 3-14 years old at random and finished the Eccentric Photorefraction and regular retinoscopy respectively in the department of retinoscopy .The drugs used to dilate the pupils are 1% Atropine (≤6 years old )and 0.5% tropicamide or Mydrin-P(0.5%tropicamide and 0.5% phenylephrine hydrochloride) (>6 years old ). According to the photographs ,we measure the diameter of the crescents and pupils respectively and calculate the ratios of them .Then we try to determine if there exists relativity between the ratios and refractive errors and work out the relative formula with the Stata statistic software .we also want to analyse the relationship between the relativity and the age or the sex.Results There exists relativity between the radio and refractive error respectively in two age groups(≤6 yeasrs old and >6 years old) and two sexual groups.The formula are Y=8.5X;Y=9.4X;Y=8.4X;Y=9.7X-0.6 respectively(Y:the refractive error;X:the ratio of the diameter of the crescent and pupil).Conclusions There exists relativity between the ratio and refractive error and it has nothing to do with sex ?age and so on .
