【摘要】 目的　探讨 Nd:YAG激光治疗后发障的技术、效果及并发症。方法　用 Nd:YAG激光对不同类型白内障手术治疗后并发后发障患者 16 7例 (174只眼 )进行了治疗。结果　所有患者术后随访 4～ 2 4个月 ,174只眼中 170只眼术后视力有不同程度提高 ,增视率 97.7% ,4例视力不提高者患有不同类型的眼底疾病 ,未见严重并发症发生。结论　 Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发障操作简易、安全且疗效确切 ,但术中应准确聚焦和严格掌握激光能量 ,避免严重并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the technique,effect and complication of Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in after-cataract.Methods 167 caese (174 eyes) of after-cataract that occurred after extracapsular cataract extraction,aspiration of lans,or phacoemulsification were treated with Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy.Results All cases were followed from 4 to 24 months after laser treatment.Visual acuity improved in 170 eyes (97.7%).It was not progressive in 4 eyes that had ocular fundus disease individually.Serious complication was not found in all cases after Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is a simple,safe and reliable treatment to the after-cataract.更多还原
