碱烧伤对角膜组织中NO及iNOS含量变化的影响
The effect of the content of NO and iNOS in cornea after alkali burns
【摘要】 目的 观察一氧化碳 (nitric oxide,NO)含量和诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (inducible nitric oxide synthase,i NOS)表达在角膜碱烧伤后的变化 ,探讨 NO在角膜碱烧伤病理过程中的作用。方法 SD大鼠制作角膜碱烧伤模型 ,将实验动物随机分为 2组 :正常对照组 ,角膜碱烧伤组 (碱伤组 )。于 1、4、7、10、13天每组各取 6只大鼠采用酶法和免疫组化染色分别检测角膜组织中 NO含量以及 i NOS的表达变化。结果 碱烧伤后大鼠角膜组织中 NO含量在不同时期均升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并于 4~ 7天达最高峰 (P <0 .0 1) ;角膜组织中 i NOS主要表达于炎症细胞胞浆中 ,在不同时期表达也同样增强。结论 碱烧伤后角膜组织中 NO及 i NOS含量增加 ,提示 NO可能参与了碱烧伤后的角膜组织病理损伤过程
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of NO in the pathelogical process of cornea burns by alkali,provide theoretical basis to search for effective treatment for cornea burns.Methods SD rats were selected for experiment and were devided in two groups at random:control gruop,burns group.On 1,4,7,10,13 day after alkali burns,Enzyme essay and immunohistochemistry was performed to determine NO content and expression of inducible NOS(iNOS).Results NO content in cornea increased at different stage after alkali burns in contrast to controls and peaked at 4 th -7 th day (P<0 01).Expression of iNOS was enhanced.Conclusion NO participate in the tissue damage process after alkali burns.
