【摘要】 目的　探讨晶状体脱位的联合手术治疗方案的可行性和疗效。方法　对 2 9例 ( 3 3只眼 )晶状体脱位眼采用不同联合手术治疗方案 ,包括玻璃体切割术联合晶状体切除术以及人工晶状体一期睫状沟缝线固定术。结果　术后病人随访 3～ 2 4个月 (平均 10个月 ) ,术后 2 9只眼 ( 87.87% )视力均不同程度提高 ,矫正视力达 0 .2及以上者 2 0只眼 ( 60 .6% ) ,无严重并发症发生。结论　联合手术治疗晶状体脱位是行之有效的 ,尤其在一期人工晶状体或睫状沟固定者可取得良好治疗效果。选择不同手术的适应证及掌握娴熟的操作技巧是手术成功的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility and therapeutic effects of combined surgical management of dislocated lens.Methods Dislocated lens of 29 cases (33 eyes) were performed different combined surgery,including vitrectomy-lensectomy and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation or stitches fixation.Resutls After follow up for 3～24 months(mean 10 months),the visual acuity was improved in 29 eyes(87.87%),20 eyes had the best corrected visual acuity ≥0.2(60.6%),without severe complications.Conclusions The results suggest that the combined surgery be feasible and effective,even in implanting or fixing intraocular lens simultaneously.Proper selection of indication and skillful manipulation are the key points of the combined surgery.更多还原
