【摘要】 目的　评价不同方法保存羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法　采用两种方法保存的羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉 3 0例 ( 3 1只眼 )。A保存法 15例 ( 16只眼 ) ,B保存法 15例 ( 15只眼 )。随访 5～ 19月 ,平均 12月。结果　羊膜植片及自体角膜缘植片全部存活 ,无排斥反应发生。随访期内 ,A组无复发 ,B组复发一眼。无角膜缘并发症发生。结论　保存羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植可有效治疗复发性翼状胬肉。但不同方法保存羊膜间的差异还有待进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of recurrent pterygium treated by preserved amniotic membrane with limbal autografts.Methods Preserved amniotic membrane transplantation with limbal autografts were performed in 31 eyes of 30 patients with recurrent pterygium,and followed-up of 5～19 months,averaging 12 months.Results All the amniotic membrane grafts survived and no immunolgical rejection occurred.Recurrences occurred in one eye during the follow-up time and no complications appeared in honor limbal areas.Conclusion Transplantation of preserved amniotic mambrane with limbal autografts is a reasonable therapeutic methods for recurrent pterygium.The defference of amniotic membrane preserved with defferent methods should be studied.更多还原
