【摘要】 目的　研究糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化吸除联合后房型人工晶状体植入术的疗效及并发症。方法　对 2 0 0 1年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月期间明确诊断为糖尿病的白内障患者 80例 ( 83只眼 )行超声乳化吸除联合后房型人工晶状体植入术。术前空腹血糖均控制在 8mmol/ L 以下 ,术后随访观察视力、前房反应、角膜情况。结果　 80例 ( 83只眼 )糖尿病患者白内障术后视力均有不同程度的提高 ,其中 9只眼视力 <0 .1者多数为糖尿病性视网膜病变者。术后主要并发症角膜水肿、房水混浊、前房纤维素膜样渗出及前房积血均在一周左右消退 ,对术后视力无影响。结论　糖尿病患者白内障术前空腹血糖控制良好的情况下行超声乳化吸除联合后房型人工晶状体植入术能获得较满意的疗效 ,是安全可靠的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate therapeutic effects and complication of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in diabetics.Methods Phacoemulsification and IOl implantation was performed on 83 eyes of 80 diabetics patients during May 2001 to Aug 2002.Preoperative blood sugar was controlled under 8 mmol/l.Visual acuity(VA),corneal endothelial cell and anterior chamber reaction were observed postoperativetly.Results The VA in 83 eyes of 80 diabetics patients were improved after surgery.The 9 eyes with VA<0.1 were combined with PDR.The main postoperative complication such as corneal edema and aqueous flare and anterior chamber fibrous formation and hyphema were dispered 1 wk after surgery,not to affect the VA.Conclusion Phacoemulsification cataract extraction in intraocular lens implantation in the diabetics with well controlled blood sugar is safe,satisfied therapy method.更多还原
