肺炎链球菌感染的耐药性探讨
Discussion the Resistant in Infected Streptococcus Pneumoniae
【摘要】 目的 :了解临床分离肺炎链球菌对青霉素等抗生素的耐药性。方法 :常规方法鉴定肺炎链球菌 ,纸片扩散法测试肺炎链球菌对 9种抗生素敏感性。当苯唑西林抑菌圈≤ 19mm时以E -test浓度梯度法测定其对青霉素敏感性。自血液分离的菌株均以E -test法测定青霉素及万古霉素的MIC值。结果 :从呼吸道、血液及眼分泌物共检出 4 2株肺炎链球菌。苯唑西林筛纸片筛选耐药率达 35 .7% ,进一步经青霉素E -test检测 ,耐青霉素肺炎链球菌 (PRP)检出率实际为 19.0 %。PRP株耐药率及多重耐药性明显高于非PRP株。结论 :苯唑西林纸片测试肺炎链球菌敏感性有一定重要误差 (假耐药率 ) ;PRP检出率虽比邻国报道低 ,但其发展趋势值得关注
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the resistant rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae to penicillin and the other antibiotics. Methods: Methods: Detecting Streptococcus pneumoniae use general method, and susceptivity test of nine antibiotics use disk diffusion methods. The antibiotic susceptibility in penicillin was detected by E-test method when oxacillin anti-bacteria zone was ≤19mm. The MIC of penicillin and vancomycin from blood sample was detected by E-test method. Results: 42 strains Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated from respiratory, blood and secretion of eyes. The resistant rate of penicillin in oxacillin screening slip was 35.7%. The inspect account of penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae(PRP) was 19% in the penicillin E-test. The resistant rate and multiresistance of PRP strains were more than those of non-PRP strains obviously. Conclusion: Oxacillin screening method have mistake, and PRP inspect account is lower than neighbor fig., but it’s development trend is worth concerned.
