【摘要】 目的 :观察激光照射结合树脂封闭在防治乳牙龋坏中的临床效果。方法 :12 8颗乳牙采用半导体激光照射 ,然后用光敏流动树脂进行封闭 ;对照组的 12 8颗乳牙不作任何处理。结果 :治疗组 12 8颗乳牙 ,经 6个月后 ,其龋坏率仅为 7.0 % ,对照组为 2 9.7% ,两者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :半导体激光照射结合树脂封闭 ,是一种安全有效、便捷的防治乳牙龋坏的方法 ,易于临床推广并被儿童接受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combined laser and light-cured sealant in preventing deciduous caries. Methods: 128 deciduous teeth with and without caries were exposed to semiconductor laser. Then the teeth were treated with light-cured flowing resin. The other 128 deciduous teeth were nothing to do as control group. Results: After 6 month follow-up, Caries incidence was7.0% in treated group (128 deciduous teeth), while 29.7% in control group. The differences between the two groups were significant. Conclusion: Combined laser and light-cured sealant treating deciduous tooth can prevent caries. The method is convenient and effective, is also easily accepted by children.更多还原
