【摘要】 目的 :研究胰激肽释放酶对糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的治疗作用。方法 :72个伴心率变异异常的糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组 (38例 )和对照组 (34例 )。以时域法和频域法评价治疗前后心率变异 (HRV)改变。结果 :对照组SDNN、SDNNin dex、HRV三角指数较入选时降低 ,随访前后的差值有显著差异 ;治疗组UAER较治疗前降低 ,余各指标差值无显著差异。结论 :胰激肽释放酶可有效延缓糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的进展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate therapeutic effect of pancreatic kallidinogenase (PKA) on the cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in diabetes patients. Methods: 72 patients with abnormal heart rate variability (HRV) parameters were involved in this study. 38 of them were divided into the group with PKA treatment, and other of them were served as control. The course of treatment was 2 years. Time domain measures and frequency domain measures were evaluated for HRV analysis.Results: In control group, SDNN, SDNN index, HRV triangular index in time domain measures and of TP, VLP in frequency domain measures were lower in the follow-up period, the difference were significant statistically. UAER was decreased in treatment group than in control group. There were no significant difference in all parameters of control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that PKA delay the progression of the cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in diabetes patients.更多还原
