【摘要】 目的 :探讨表面麻醉在白内障超声乳化手术中应用的可行性及效果。方法 :在表面麻醉下完成白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术共 79例 (87眼 ) ,观察术中麻醉效果 ,手术并发症及术后手术反应。结果 :所有病例均在表面麻醉下完成手术 ,仅有 3例术中有痛感 ,需追加 1次表面麻醉 ;术后角膜轻度水肿 18例 ,均在 1周内痊愈 ;无角膜上皮缺损 ;术后第 1日、第 7日裸眼视力≥ 0 .5者分别为 4 5眼 (5 1.72 % )、71眼 (81.6 0 % )。结论 :表面麻醉下进行白内障超声乳化手术安全、有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the possibility and effects of pure surface anaesthesia in the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 79 cases (87 eyes) underwent the operation with pure surface anaesthesia. The effects of the operations were studied. Results: All cases underwent the operation with pure surface anaesthesia. 3 eyes were superadded surface anaesthesia at the operation because of pain. Cornea was slight edema in 18 eyes and all were cured in seven days, no one had exfoliation of corneal epithelium after the operation. 45 eyes (51.72%) had naked vision over 0.5 at the first day, 71 eyes (81.60%) over 0.5 at the seventh day. Conclusion: Pure surface anaesthesia is safe and effective for phacoemulsification and intraoculary lens implantation.更多还原
