【摘要】 目的 :探讨在脑卒中康复领域国产计算机软件的运用以及存在的问题。方法 :收集近年来脑卒中康复领域有代表性的国产计算机软件 ,按照涉及的范围分为综合组、言语组和认知组 ,在不同的测试环境下 ,从一般普通软件共有的特征以及与康复医学相关的指标两方面进行了分析和比较。结果 :所有软件在一般的总体性能指标上都没有明显的纰漏或错误 ,总体差异也不大 ,但在与康复医学相关的指标评测中 ,各类软件总体差异很大。结论 :在软件的主要开发目标、软硬件结合、“以人为本”的理念、按需开发、发布与销售途径、软件升级、安全特性以及各自的特色等方面尚有待进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The applications and the problems of domestic computer software on stroke rehabilitation are being studied. Methods: We collected some representative domestic software on stroke and divided them into general group, language group and cognitive group, then compared the common characteristics and the indexes concerned with rehabilitation medicine. Results: All the softwares show that there are no apparent mistake or differences on the general functions and characteristics, but have significant differences on the rehabilitation medicine related indexes. Conclusion: Further development is needed on the primary target, people-centered idea, the combination of software with hardware, issuance, sales channels, software upgrading, the safety characteristics and respective feature.更多还原
