人乳腺癌原代培养体外药敏试验的研究
Evaluation of Chemosensitivities of Human Mammary Cancers by Primary Culture Assay in Vitro
【摘要】 目的:提高乳腺癌术后辅助化疗的效果。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑盐快速比色法测定了72例体外原代乳腺癌细胞对6种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果:不同病理类型的乳腺癌对同一种化疗药物的敏感性存在明显的个体差异。其中对阿霉素的共同敏感率为59%(41/70)、氟脲嘧啶为40%(28/70)、丝裂霉素为39%(27/70)、甲氨喋吟为37%(26/70)、长春新碱为31%(22/70)、顺铂为26%(18/70)。结论:MTT法可作为选择个体化化疗的有效方法,有利于提高对乳腺癌的综合治疗效果。
【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the effect of chemotherapy for palien ts with mammary cancer. Methods: Using MTT as-say we detected the individual sensitivity of primary culture cell of mammary cancer to ADM, DDP , 5 - FU , MTX , VCR and MMC in 72 patients. Results: There was a significant individual difference in their chemosensitivity for one chemothera-peutic agent due to different pathologic classification of tumors. Tumors’ sensitivity rate to ADM is 59% (41/70) , 40%(28/ 70) to5-FU , 39%(27/70) to MMC , 37%(26/70) to MTX , 31% (22/70) to VCR and 26% (18/70) to DDP respective-ly. Conclusion: MTT assay is useful for selecting effective chemotherapeutic agent for an individual patient with mammary cancer.
