【摘要】 目的 :探讨丘脑痛有效的治疗方法。方法 :随机选择丘脑痛 5 4例 ,分为两组 ,采用曲马多、多虑平联用治疗 2 8例 ;对照组卡马西平治疗 2 6例。以视觉模拟评分法 (visualanaloguescale,VAS)和临床治愈率作为疗效评估指标。结果 :曲马多、多虑平联用治疗组VAS评分 1.36± 0 .37;卡马西平治疗组VAS评分 3.88± 0 .5 3,两组有显著差异 (t=3.973,P <0 .0 0 1)。前者临床治愈 19例 ,治愈率 6 7.86 % ;后者临床治愈 8例 ,治愈率 30 .77% ,两组有显著差异 (χ2 =7.4 18,P =0 .0 0 6 )。结论 :曲马多、多虑平联用治疗丘脑痛的疗效优于卡马西平且不良反应少更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of thalamic pain. Methods:54 patients with thalamic pain were randomly divided into two group: 28 cases received the combined treatment with tramal and doxepine; 26 cases of controls by carbamazepine. Results:The results showed that visual analogue scale of treated group as 1.36±0.37 while the control group was 3.88±0.53. There was statistical significant difference in VAS between the two group (t=3.973 ,P<0.001 ). The clinical cure rate of treated group as 67.86 % while the control group was 30.77%. There was statistical significant difference in The clinical cure rate between the two group (χ 2=7.418, P=0.006). Conclusion:It suggests that the curative effect of combined treatment with tramal and doxepine is better than that of carbamazepine.更多还原
