臂丛神经下干连续组织切片计算机三维重建研究
Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Brachial Plexus Inferior Trunk from Serial Tissue Sections
【摘要】 目的 :探索一种臂丛神经下干计算机三维重建的实用方法。方法 :采用发丝作为定位材料 ,将臂丛神经下干进行连续组织切片后胆碱脂酶组织化学染色 ,高分辨率扫描仪获取二维数码信息后进行三维重建。结果 :真实地再现臂丛神经下干的三维立体结构及下干内各神经束的三维立体行径 ,重建结构均能单独或搭配显示 ,还能任意角度显示。结论 :由于采用了较为精确的定位材料和方法 ,图像显示效果较好 ,是一种臂丛神经三维重建的较为实用的方法
【Abstract】 Objective: To study a useful and practical method for three-dimensional reconstruction of brachial plexus inferior trunk. Methods: One left side brachial plexus inferior trunk was serially horizontally sliced, using AchE histochemical stain and hair as localization material. And the two -dimensional image of each section was acquired by high-resolution scanner. The 3D structure of brachial plexus inferior trunk was reconstructed on computer. Results: The reconstructed brachial plexus inferior trunk is smooth ,nature and realistic, it can be rotate or zoomed in any direction. Conclusion: By using advanced localization method, a good result is acquired. And this is a practical method for three-dimensional reconstruction of brachial plexus inferior trunk.
