【摘要】 目的:探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在老年人胸部疾病治疗中的安全性与价值。方法:分析125例老年人VATS的临床经验和特点。手术包括肺叶切除34例,局限性肺切除30例,肺大泡切除20例,肺癌分期9例,胸膜活检固定术19例,血胸清除肺修补术4例,脓胸清除3例,胸壁肿瘤摘除、纵隔肿瘤切除及食管裂孔疝修补术各2例。占同期VATS手术的33.4％。结果:全组无手术死亡。手术并发症共22例,发生率为17.6％。经处理均治愈出院。结论:由训练有素的胸外科医生对老年人施行VATS是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To esevaluate the effect of video - assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) in the elderly for treatment of chest diseases. Methods: From Jun, 1996 to Oct, 2000, 125 elderly patients recieved VATS at our hospital, and took up. about 33.4% of overall VATS during same time period. Our procedures included lobectomy in 34; wedge or limited resection of lung in 30 patients; bullectomy in 20; pleural biopsies, resection and pleurodes in 19; lung cancer staging in 9; hemothorax clear, pneumonorrhappy in 4; debridement for empyema in 3; resection of tumor of chest wall and mediastinal tumor esophageal hiatal herniorrhappy respectively in 2. Results: There was no operative death of the whole group. The mean operating time was 90.4 minutes, and the mean duration of chest drainage after surgery was 3.1 days. Postoperative complications occurred in 22 procedures ( 17.6% morbidity ). Conclusion: Video - assisted thoracoscopy is a safe and effective technique for the elderly.更多还原
