【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗毛细支气管炎的方法。方法 对109例急性毛细支气管炎患儿在给予抗病毒药及抗生素治疗的基础上,采用普米可令舒、博利康尼、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗,并于吸药前、吸药后即刻、吸药后10min、吸药后30min、吸药后1h、吸药后3h.吸药后6h分别观测患儿的心率、呼吸频率。肺部啰音及鼻翼扇动等指标。结果 所有患儿吸药后心率、呼吸频率、肺部啰音、鼻翼扇动等体征均即刻明显好转,且疗效维持时间>3h。结论 普米克令舒、博利康尼、沐舒坦联合雾化吸入可明显减轻毛细支气管炎的症状,且维持时间较长,为毛细支气管炎的较好治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods 109 cases of acute bronchiolitis received nebulizing inhalation of pulmicort, bricanyl and mucosolvan after being given antiviral drugs and antibiotics. The physical signs such as heart rate,respiratory frequency, pulmonary riles and nare flaring were closely observed before inhalation and 10 minutes,30 minutes,one hour,3 hours and 6 hours after inhalation. Results All those signs have been improved and the curative effects lasted more than 3 hours. Conclusion The therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms and the curative effects can be kept for a long time.更多还原
