【摘要】 目的　 观察血府清胶囊治疗急性脑出血的有效性和安全性。方法　 在西医常规治疗的基础上 ,加用以活血化瘀中药为主制成的血府清胶囊治疗急性脑出血患者 4 7例 ,并与 4 6例采用西医常规治疗者的疗效进行比较 ,以神经功能缺损评分和血肿吸收率为观察指标。结果　 治疗组在减少神经功能缺损评分和提高血肿吸收率方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而在并发症和不良反应方面两组无差异。结论　中医活血化瘀法治疗急性脑出血是安全有效地更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects and security of xuefuqing capsules in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Besides the routine treatment with western medicine,xuefuqing capsules,a traditional Chinese medicine,were applied to the treatment of 47 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage.The curative effects were compared with those in the contrast group of 46 cases treated with western medicine,with the nervous defect evaluation and absorption rates of hematoma as observing indexes.Results The curative effects in the treatment group were much better than those in the contrast group in reducing nervous defect and in improving the absorption rate of hematoma (P<0.05),while there existed no significant difference in complications and side effects between the two groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine may have great safety and good effect in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
