【摘要】 目的探讨彩色B超在高位隐睾术前诊断的作用。方法采用美国生产的Acsonsequaia512型彩色超声诊断仪对16例高位隐睾进行术前检查。根据隐睾的位置、及发育情况制定不同的手术方案。结果16例中隐睾位于低位腹腔13例,位于高位腹腔2例,未探及睾丸1例。16例均行手术治疗。其中、I期睾丸下降固定术11例,分期下降固定术3例,保留睾丸引带,精索动、静脉高位结扎,睾丸反转下降固定术1例,睾丸残基切除1例。结论彩色B超诊断高位隐睾准确、安全、无损伤。值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of color ultrasonic diagnosis in high cryptorchidism.Methods 16cases of patients with high cryptorchidism were examined by color ultrasoni c image analysis.Different operation scheme s were depended on the cryptorchidism position and developmental condition.Results13cases of them were low celiac,2cases were high celiaccryptorchidism.One case was no explored out cryptorchidism.All were operated.11of16cases were descending orchidopexy stage I,2of16cases were descending orchidopexy stage II,one case was descending orchidopexy stage I with blood vessel of spermatic cord high ligete.Only one case was orchiectomy.Conclusions Color ultrasonic diagnosis is effective,safe and non-invasion examination for high cryptorchidism,so it merits populazation in clinic.更多还原
