【摘要】 目的探讨小儿非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床特点,诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析4例非功能性胰岛细胞瘤患儿的临床资料。结果小儿非功能性胰岛细胞瘤生长缓慢,临床症状不典型,以腹部疼痛时轻时重、右上腹部肿块为主,肿瘤均可完整切除。结论小儿非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床特点以腹部疼痛、肿块为主,诊断方法依靠B超,钡餐透视和CT相结合,治疗原则是尽量完整切除肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and therapy of non-functional islet tumor in children.Methods Four cases with non-functional islet tumor in children were studied retrospectively.Results Growth of non-functional islet cell tumor in children was slow,with atypical symptoms.Irregular abdominal pain and right-upper abdominal mass were the main presentation.All tumors were removed.Conclusions The main manifestation of non-functional islet cell tumor in children is abdominal mass.The main detecting methods are ultrasonic examination,CT and barium meal contrast study.The principle of non-functional Islet tumors is integrally removed as soon as possible.更多还原
