【摘要】 目的 :观察曲美他嗪对冠心病伴糖尿病患者心力衰竭 (心衰 )的影响。方法 :将 6 2例冠心病伴糖尿病并出现心衰的患者随机分为A、B两组各 31例。两组的基本用药类同 ,A组另给曲美他嗪 2 0mg ,tid ;B组加用谷维素 10mg ,tid ,疗程 5 2周 ,定期门诊随访 ,观察实验前后临床心功能NYHA分级 ,明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分 ,超声心动图检查等项目。结果 :A组与B组对比 ,心功能改善 (P <0 .0 5 )、生活质量提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,超声心动图指标改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,病情恶化减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :冠心病伴糖尿病的心衰患者 ,长期服用曲美他嗪可使心功能改善 ,生活质量提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate whether trimetazidine is beneficial for coronary diabetic patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Sixty two coronary diabetic patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided in A, B groups. The basic therapy was the same, group A was given trimetazidine (TMZ) 20 mg tid; group B was given placebo. The therapy last for 52 weeks. Before and after the trial, UCG, NYHA and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire were evaluated in all patients. Results: Group A had better outcome than group B, the heart function was better (P< 0.05 ), the living quality is improved (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion:The TMZ may improve the heart function and living quality for the coronary diabetic patients with chronic heart failure.更多还原
