高同型半胱氨酸血症中的氧化损伤机制的临床研究
Clinical study on oxidative stress in the patients with hyperhomocysteinemia
【摘要】 目的 :评价高同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)血症中的氧化损伤机制。方法 :所有入选者均接受冠状动脉造影明确有无冠心病 ,并通过高压液相色谱仪测量血浆Hcy浓度。以高于 15 μmol/L为标准 ,分为高Hcy血症组〔(病例组 ) 4 9例〕与对照组 (70例 )。所有入选者均测量血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)浓度。结果 :高Hcy血症组的血浆MDA水平升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高Hcy血症组血浆SOD水平较对照组增高 ,但差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :氧化损伤是Hcy的毒性作用机制之一
【Abstract】 Objective:To evalutate the possible role of hyperhomocysteine (Hcy) in inducing oxidative stress.Methods:Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and extracellular superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in all subjects by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and xanthine oxidase method, respectively. Plasma Hcy was determined by HPLC.Results:Plasma MDA were significantly higher in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia than that in controls (P< 0.05). Plasma SOD were lower in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia.Conclusion:Our data suggested that elevated plasma homocysteine promote oxidative stress in human body.
