【摘要】 目的 探讨超声检查在诊断乳房脂肪坏死中的应用价值。方法 对21例乳房肿块采用高频率超声探头行二维超声(B超)检查,同时结合彩色多谱勒血流成像检查(CDFI)。结果所有病例获病理诊断。B超及CDFI诊断为脂肪坏死15例,误诊6例,其中乳腺癌4例,乳腺纤维瘤2例,误诊率28.6％。结论 B超与彩色多普勒血流成像检查相结合能提高乳房脂肪坏死的诊断率,是乳腺疾病检查的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the applicable values of ultrasonography in diagnosing fat necrosis in the breast. Method Twenty- one cases were examined by high frequency sonogrphy and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Results All cases were proved by surgical operation and histo -pathological examinations. Ultrasonography diagnosis was fat necrosis of breast 15 cases, breast carcinoma 4 cases, fibroadenoma of breast 2 cases. Misdiagnosis rate was 28. 6% . Conclusion Ultrasonography and CDFI may be helpful in raising the diagnosis rate in fat necrosis of breast.更多还原
