鼠蛛网膜下腔出血模型内皮素的测定
The Measurement of Endothielin in Rats Model of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的 :研究蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后血浆内皮素 (ET 1)含量的变化。方法 :建立鼠SAH模型 ,采用放射免疫法 ,对鼠SAH后 1、2、3、5、7、14d血浆中ET 1含量进行测定。结果 :鼠SAH组ET 1含量明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆ET 1浓度在发病 1d开始升高 ,3~ 5d达高峰 ,之后开始下降 ,但第 7天仍高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,第14天恢复正常 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :ET 1的含量在SAH后发生明显升高 ,提示ET很可能参与SAH后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的发生
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the change of levels of endothelin 1(ET 1)in the rat after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods:The rat model of SAH was set up.Then the levels of ET 1 in plasma at 1,2,3,5,7,14 day after SAH were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:The levels of ET 1 in SAH group were higher than those of normal group significantly( P <0.01),The levels of ET 1 in SAH group elevated in one day, and reached the peak during 3~5 days, then began to descend.However,at day 7 the levels of ET 1 were still higher than those of normal group( P <0.01).At 14 day after SAH,the levels of ET 1 recovered to normal ( P >0.05).Conclusion:The apparent rising of the levels of ET 1 after SAH indicates that it is very likely that ET 1 is involved in the occurrence of CVS,and it also provides a basis for the establishment of one reasonable SAH model.
