【摘要】 目的 :探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影 (ERCP)对胆胰疾病的临床诊断价值。方法 :2 89例患者行常规ERCP检查。结果 :ERCP成功 2 6 7例 (92 .39% ) ,确诊病例 2 30例 (86 .1 4 % ) ,1 6例术后并发急性胰腺炎 ,发生率为 5 .93%。结论 :ERCP诊断胆胰疾病具有痛苦少、并发症低、适应症广等优点 ,是一项值得推广应用的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in diagnosis of cholangio pancreatopathy.Methods:Two hundred and eighty nine patients were examined with routive ERCP.Results:Two hundred and sixty seven patients(92.39%)were examined successfully and 230 patients(86.14%)were offered a correct diagnosis by ERCP.Sixteen patients(5.99%)presented a complication of acute pancreatitis after ERCP examination.Conclusion:ERCP examination provides some advantage such as less pain and less complications and is very utility.更多还原
