【摘要】 目的 :比较单纯介入肝动脉化疗栓塞 (TACE) ,TACE加外照射放射治疗 (RT)对原发性肝癌 (PHC)的疗效。方法 :4 0例PHC患者随机分成单纯介入组与介入加放疗组 (综合组 )各 2 0例。介入化疗选用阿霉素或表阿霉素 4 0～ 80mg ,丝裂霉素 8～ 14mg ,5 氟尿嘧啶 1g ,栓塞剂为 4 0 %碘化油或明胶海绵 ,放疗采用 6MV电子直线加速器局部野外照射。结果 :平均生存期介入组为 10 .2个月 ,综合组为 12 .8个月。 1年、2年、3年生存率 ,介入组为 4 0 %、2 5 %、10 % ,综合组为 6 5 %、4 0 %、2 0 % ,后果明显高于前者。结论 :采用介入加放射综合治疗原发性肝癌 ,较单纯介入治疗可明显地提高治疗生存期及生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Compare effect of the therapeutic hepatic chemoembolization (TACE) alone with that of TACE plus radiotherapy on primary hepatic Cancer.Methods:Forty patients with primary hepatic Cancer were randomly divided into TACE alone group and TACE plus radiotherapy group(20 cases in each group),For interventional chemotherapy,the treatment regimen consisted of the combination of 40～80 mg adriamycim;40～80 mg pirarubicin;8～14 mg mitomycin,1 g 5 fluorouracil, and suppository(40% iodized Oil or gelfoam).Radiotherapy was given by linear accelerator and local external irradiation.Results:The average survival was 10.2 months in TACE alone group,and 12.8 months in TACE plus radiontherapy group.The overall survivals of 1 ,2 ,and 3 years were 40%,25% and 10% for TACE alone, and 65%,40%,20% for TACE plus radiotherapy,respectively.The latter was distinctly higher than former.Conclusion:Combined treatment of intervention therapy and radiontherapy can significantly raise the vital stage and survival rate,compared with simple TACE group.更多还原
