重竞技运动员赛前RBC、Hct、Hb、CK及SOD的动态监测
Dynamic Monitoring the Levels of RBC,Hct,Hb,CK and SOD Among the Athletes of Heavy Athletic Events Before the Contest
【摘要】 目的 :通过对重竞技运动员赛前集训中血液、生化等指标的动态监测 ,反映运动员的生理状态与训练效果 ,指导运动员的科学训练 ,提高运动员的竞技水平 ,调整比赛前的最佳状态。方法 :通过血细胞分析技术以及酶学分析技术 ,测定运动员在赛前一段时间以来 ,训练前后的RBC计数、Hct、Hb、CK及SOD值。结果 :RBC计数、Hct与Hb三项指标在训练前后均无显著性差异 ,但都有增高的趋势 ,同时随训练天数增加而增高 ,并且第 6 0天的数据与训练前相比有显著性变化。CK与SOD的活性在训练前后有显著性增高 ,同时随训练天数增加 ,CK与SOD活性出现先急剧增高 ,而后逐渐恢复的现象。结论 :血液三项和生化两项酶学指标可较好反映当前训练水平与机体的运动生理状态 ,为指导科学训练、提高运动水平提供依据
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the athlete’s physiological status and training effect and to instruct athlete’s scientific training.Methods:The levels of RBC,Hct,Hb of the athletes were tested with blood cell analysis technique before and after assembled training,while the levels of CK and SOD were with enzymological technique.Results:There was no significant differences of RBC,Hct,Hb between pre and post training,although it had the increasing trends.But the results on 60th day existed significant differences compared with the results before training.The activity of SOD and CK increased significantly after training,and the activity of SOD and CK increased rapidly in the forepart training days,then came back gradually.Conclusion:Those tests can reflect the training status and athlete’s physiological status and it can be used to instruct as scientific training and enhance the contest level.
