85例缺血性脑血管病患者血浆CGRP、NPY的改变
Change of the Levels of CGRP and NPY in Blood Plasma of 85 Patients with Ischemic Stroke
【摘要】 目的 :探讨缺血性脑血管病两种神经肽与疾病的关系。方法 :应用放射免疫法检测急性缺血性脑血管病血浆中CGRP、NPY的含量 ,结果 :急性脑梗塞患者CGRP显著低于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;NPY则显著高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CGRP、NPY参与缺血性脑血管病的发病过程。
【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the relationship between two plasmic neuropeptides and ischemic stroke.Methods:Radioactive ivityimmunoassay was used to determine the content of plasmic Calcitonin gene related Peptide and Neuropeptide Y in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Results:The level of CGRP in the group of cerebral infarction was marked lower than that in the group of normal adult( P <0.01);The level of NPY in the group of cercbral infarction was marked higher than that in the group of normal adult( P <0.01).Conclusion:Calcitionin gene related peptide and Neuropeptide Y play a role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.
