【摘要】 目的 :研究小剂量红霉素对绿脓杆菌下呼吸道感染的作用。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为治疗组 (n =30 )和对照组 (n =30 ) ,观察用红霉素治疗组以及对照组治疗前后临床表现和细菌清除率。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率93.3% (2 8/30 ) ,对照组临床总有效率 6 0 % (18/30 ) ,两组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组细菌清除率 6 6 .7% (2 0 /30 ) ,对照组 2 0 % (6 /30 ) ,两组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :小剂量红霉素长疗程治疗可抑制和破坏绿脓杆菌形成的生物被膜 ,有抗炎和免疫调节作用 ,对氟喹诺酮有增效作用 ,有利于抗生素对绿脓杆菌的清除更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of small dosage of erythromycin on lower respiratory tract infection in pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods:Sixty patients were divided into 2 groups randomly: therapy group( n =30) and control group( n =30).Clinical symptoms and bacteria clearance before and after therapy were observed.Results:There were significant differences of clinical symptoms( P <0.05)and bacteria clearance( P <0.01)between 2 groups.The clinical utility rates were 93.3%(28/30)and 60%(18/30) in therapy group and control group,respectively.The bacteria clearance were 66.7%(20/30)and 20%(6/30) in therapy group and the control group, respectively.Conclusion:The long term of therapy of small dosage erytheromycin can prevent and destruct organism capsule of formation to pseudomonas aeruginosa,have anti inflammation and immunolorgulation action, and increase the effect of the FQNS.It is advantageous for clearance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotic.更多还原
