【摘要】 目的 评价奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机对照试验,奎硫平组38例,男20例,女18例,平均治疗量318±123mg·d-1;氮氮平组37例,男19例,女18例,平均治疗量327±125mg·d-1,观察8 w。以阳性及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效,应用副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果奎硫平有效率为68.4％,氯氮平为67.6％,两药疗效无显著性差异,而奎硫平组较氮氮平组不良反应少,且无粒细胞减少等副作用。结论国产奎硫平治疗精神分裂症有效且较安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Using random control trial for 8 weeks, quetiapine group(n = 38) were treated with quetiapine ,mean dosage was 318± 123mg·d-1; clozapine group(n = 37) with clozapine ,327±125mg· d-1. The PANSS and TESS were adopted to evaluate effectiveness and safety, respectively. Results The total effective rates for the quetiapine and clozapine groups were 68.4% and 67.6%, respectively after 8 weeks .which showed no significant difference between the two groups ; compared with clozapine group, the adverse reactions in quetiapine group were less. Conclusion Domestic quetiapine is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of schizophrenia.更多还原
