【摘要】 目的 了解3种不同5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)治疗抑郁症的费用-效果。方法 回顾性调查了137例抑郁症患者,按不同治疗药物,分为舍曲林组(A组)、氟西汀组(B组)和帕罗西汀组(C组),运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果 治疗6w后,3组的有效率分别为91.11％、89.13％和86.96％。成本效果比分别为4.58、6.26和7.23。结论舍曲林具有良好的成本效果,其次是氟西汀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the cost and effectiveness of three different SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) . Methods One hundred and thirty - seven patients with depression were retrospectively investigated and according to used drugs divided into three groups: sertraline(group A),fluoxetine(group B)and paroxetine(group C) ,and evaluated with pharmacoeconomic cost - effectiveness analysis. Results After 6 week treatment, the effective rates of the 3 drugs were 91.11%, 89.13% and 86.96% respectively; the cost - effectiveness ratio were 4.58,6.26 and 7.23 respectively . Conclusion Cost - effectiveness of sertraline is the best and fluoxetine better.更多还原
