【摘要】 目的探讨利培酮对精神分裂症的维持治疗效果、维持剂量及其安全性,并进行初步的社会经济学分析。方法对使用利培酮与氯氮平治疗的两组患者进行三年观察,比较其疗效、副反应、依从性及社会经济学方面的差异。结果利培酮组疗效与氯氮平组相似,但副反应少,治疗依从性好,复发及脱落率低,社会功能恢复较好,社会经济学比较无明显差异。结论利培酮为一有效、安全的维持治疗用药,且并不增加患者的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the maintenance efficacy, dosage and safety of risperidone in schizophrenia and make initial social - economic analysis. Methods Two groups of patients respectively treated by risperidone or clozapine were followed up for three years. The differences of curative effects, side effects, compliance and social - economic aspects were compared between the 2 groups. Results There was no difference in curative effects and social - economic aspects . But risperidone has less side effects, better compliance, lower relapse and scaling rates than clozapine group does. Conclusion Resperidone is an effective, safe and economical maintenance treating drug.更多还原
