【摘要】 目的:探索肛管尖锐湿疣适宜的治疗方法。方法:58例肛管尖锐湿疣患者分成两组。治疗组(32例)采用20%足叶草酯涂布疣体联合0.75%氟尿嘧啶溶液肛管内灌注,对照组(26例)单独采用20%足叶草酯涂布疣体。结果:治疗组患者经1～2次治疗损害消失。随访3个月,治疗组复发率为15.6%(5/32),对照组复发率为53.8%(14/26),两组复发率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:足叶草酯外涂配合氟尿嘧啶溶液灌注是治疗肛管内尖锐湿疣较为理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a proper way for treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA)in anal canal.Methods:In tested group20%podophyllin alcoholic solution was smeared on lesions of CA in anal canal,combined with lavaging in anal canal with0.75%fluorouracil solution.In control group the lesions were only treated with20%podophyllin alcoholic solution alone.Results:In combination treatment group(32cases)all lesions in anal canal were removed after1-2times of treatment,84.4%(27/32)of them had no recurrence in three months,but the recurrence rate in control group was53.8%(14/26),with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:The combination therapy of topical use of podophyllin and anal canal lavaging with fluorouracil is an effective and suitable way for treating condyloma acuminatum in anal canal.更多还原
