【摘要】 目的:了解肉毒毒素去除老年人头面部皱纹的临床效果。方法:对要求去皱纹部位注射A型肉毒毒素,每针剂量2.5～5.0U,两注射部位的间距不<1.5cm,注射A型肉毒毒素总量≤50U。结果:注射A型肉毒毒素后,去皱纹的起效时间在48h内,1周内达到稳定的疗效。所有接受去皱的老年患者均取得满意的效果,仅在注射A型肉毒毒素后局部有短暂、轻度的不适感,无全身不适。结论:老年人使用A型肉毒毒素除皱纹安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To ev al uate effect of botulinum A toxin(BTXA)on the wrinkles of the face in the aged people.Methods:BTXA was injected into the wrinkle region and each spot was inj ected with2.5-5U of BTXA.The total amount injected for each patient was ≤50U.The distance between each injected spot was>1.5cm.Results:Satisfa ctory result of eliminating wrinkles could be acquired in all the aged people.T he wrinkles started to decrease within48hours,and the stable effect of removi ng wrinkles could be obtained with-in one week.No serious or permanent adver se effects were observed.The adverse reaction was slight and transient in inj ected parts.Con clu sion:Using botulinum A toxin to treat wrinkles in the aged people is effective and safe.更多还原
