【摘要】 目的 :评价超选择性双侧髂内动脉分支栓塞术治疗出血性放射性膀胱炎的效果。方法 :应用大小不等的明胶海绵颗粒和条块 ,对 6例顽固性出血的放射性膀胱炎患者进行了超选择性双侧髂内动脉分支栓塞术。结果 :术后 2h 6例患者血尿明显缓解 ,3d内血尿基本消失 ,随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,均无严重的血尿复发。结论 :超选择性双侧髂内动脉分支栓塞术是一种有效治疗出血性放射性膀胱炎的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the hemorrhagic irradiation cystitis by ultraselective percutaneous embolization of the branch of both internal iliac artery. Methods:With different size gelatin sponge,6 patients who had severe hematuria repeatedly, were performed ultraselective percutaneous embolization of the branch of both internal iliac artery. Results:The hematuria of 6 patients were relieved significantly in 2 hours after the operation and disappeared in 3 days. All patients had no severe hematuria after 6-24 months follow up.Conclusions:Ultraselective percutaneous embolization of the branch of both internal iliac artery is an effective therapeutic measure for the patients who have had hemorrhagic irradiation cystitis.更多还原
