【摘要】 目的 :评价腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的效果及价值。方法 :回顾性分析 2 4例腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的治疗效果及恢复情况。结果 :2 4例手术均获成功 ,平均手术时间 2 6 .5min ,基本无出血 ,术后平均住院2 .3d ;随访 3～ 8个月 ,1例复发 ,复发率为 4 .2 %。结论 :腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术创伤小、治疗效果好 ,尤其对双侧精索静脉曲张和开放性手术后复发者可以作为首选更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the clinical results and value of laparoscopic varecocele ligation. Methods:To analyse retrospectively the clinical data of 24 patients who underwent laparoacopic varicocele ligation. Results:All operations were completed successfully with little blood loss, and mean operative time was 26.5 minutes, and mean hospital days after operation were 2.3 days. Being followed up for 3-8 months,one patient developed the recurrence of varicele. Conclusions:Laparoacopic varicocele ligation is effective and minimally invasive and it should be the first choice for patients with bilateral varicocele and those recurrent after open surgery.更多还原
