【摘要】 目的 :提高前列腺移行细胞癌的诊治水平。方法 :回顾分析 2例前列腺移行细胞癌患者临床资料 ,结合文献复习讨论。结果 :1例行前列腺癌根治术 ,术后予吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗 ,现仍在随访中 ,另 1例行经尿道前列腺切除术加经尿道电气化术 ,术后半年死亡。结论 :本病多以肉眼血尿就诊 ,确诊主要依赖前列腺穿刺活检及术后病理检查 ,治疗以手术加膀胱灌注化疗为主 ,预后较其他前列腺癌差更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the diagnosis and treatment of transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate. Methods:The clinical data and features of 2 cases were reviewed. Then the diagnostic,clinical and therapeutical aspects of this rare neoplasms are discussed. Results:1 case was performed radical prostatectomy and was treated with THP through intravesical administration after operation. The other case was performed TURP+TUVP and died 6 months later. Conclusions:Patients may be admitted to the hospital with the complaint of gross hematuria. The diagnosis of the disease depends on the transrectal needle biopsy of the prostate or the specimens of the prostate after the operation. Radical prostatectomy is still the most efficient treatment and chemotherapy through intravesical administration is useful of preventing recurrence. But transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate has uniformly poorer prognosis than other types of prostate carcinoma.更多还原
