【摘要】 目的 :探讨双J管内引流术治疗肾积水的临床效果。方法 :对 88例各种原因引起的上尿路梗阻所致的肾积水患者 ,采用双J管内引流术为基础的手术治疗。结果 :全部患者均获明显效果 ,术后肾积水消失或明显减少。经 1～ 4年随访 ,肾积水全部消失者 6 9例 (78.4 % ) ,尚存轻度肾积水者 19例 (2 1.6 % ) ,2例术后狭窄经保守治疗肾积水消失。结论 :双J管内引流术是治疗上尿路梗阻所致肾积水的理想方法 ,具有方法简单 ,患者住院时间短 ,术后感染率低等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the clinical effects of double J tube endrainage treatment in patients with hydronephosis.Methods:88 cases of hydronephrosis were treated with double J tube endrainage.Results:Follow up for 1～4 years showed the rate of hydronephrosis completely disappearance was 69/88 ( 78.4 %).The rate of little hydronephrosis was 19/88( 21.6 %).The rate of restricture was 2/88( 2.3 %).Conclusions:Double J tube endrainage is a good method for hydronephorsis.更多还原
