【摘要】 目的　探讨脑梗死超早期经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)与磁共振表观弥散系数 (ADC)的关系 ,及二者对大剂量尿激酶静脉溶栓近期预后的意义。方法　对超早期脑梗死患者的TCD及ADC进行相关分析及Logistic回归分析。 结果　Vs与ADC呈较显著正相关 ,Pearson相关系数 =0 .715 ,P =0 .0 0 0 ;Logistic回归TCD及Vs1进入方程式 ,其分类正确率为 95 .1%,χ2 =3 8.90 8,P =0 .0 0 0。结论　脑梗死超早期TCD与ADC关系密切 ,且均对大剂量尿激酶静脉溶栓近期预后的估计具有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of TCD with apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in hyperacute cerebral infarction,and to determine their roles on the outcome of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with high dose urokinase(UK).Methods They were analyzed about the correlation analysis of TCD with ADC and their Logistic regression analysis in hyperacute cerebral infarction.Results There was a significant relationship of positive correlation between Vs and ADC.Pearson coefficient is 0.715 ( P =0.000, P <0.01);In the Logistic regression analysis,TCD and Vs1 were selected into the equations.Its correct rate for the equations is 95.1%(χ 2=38.908, P =0.000, P <0.01).Conclusions It was close about the relationship of TCD with ADC in hyperacute cerebral infarction,and both TCD and ADC had an important value to determine the outcome of the ultra early intravenous thrombolysis with high dose urokinase.更多还原
