谷光甘肽、丙二醛联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 分析肺癌患者血清中谷光甘肽 (GSH PX)、丙二醛 (MDA)的水平及其相关性 ,探讨其作为肺癌筛选指标的可能性。方法 用DTNB法对 5 2例肺癌、34例非肿瘤性肺病患者 (配比组 )及 30名健康人对照组血清中GSH PX活力进行测定 ,用TAB法测定其MDA的含量。结果 血清中GSH PX活力呈现肺癌组 [( 110 .80± 31.78)活力单位 ]小于配比组 [( 132 .30± 37.35 )活力单位 ]小于对照组 [( 16 4.2 4± 33 .49)活力单位 ]的梯度 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肺癌组MDA [( 8.2 2± 3 .91)nmol/ml]明显高于配比组 [( 5 .6 9± 2 .38)nmol/ml]和对照组 [( 4 .36± 1.42 )nmol/ml] ,两者比较差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,配比组虽然高于对照组 ,但差异无显著性 ;肺癌组中GSH PX与MDA呈明显的负相关 (r =-0 .15 2 0 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 联合检测GSH PX、MDA的变化对高危人群的健康监护及其肺癌的筛检可能具有一定的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), malonydialdehyde(MDA) levels and their relationship in order to evaluate their possibilities to be used as the screen biomarkers of diagnosis in patients with lung cancer.Methods serum lipid peroxidation in 52 cases of lung cancer,34 cases of non lung cancer of respiratory diseases (matched group),and 30 cases of healthy group were measured with glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and malonydialdehyde(MDA).Results The GSH-PX activities were in following order:lung cancer group<matched group<healthy group,the differences were significant.The level of MDA increased in lung cancer group more significantly than in matched group and healthy group. The level of GSH-PX was negatively related with MDA in lung cancer group(r=-0.1520,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of GSH-PX and MDA might be used as the screen biomarker of lung cancer.
