铸件在铸圈中不同包埋位置对金瓷结合的影响
Influence of different casting positions in the cast ring on the metal-porcelain bond strength
【摘要】 目的 :观察处于铸圈中 4个包埋位置的铸件对金—瓷结合强度的影响及金属材料微观结构的变化。方法 :铸件 2 0个 ,分 4组 ,每组 5件。每组蜡型包埋时分别置于铸圈内不同位置 ,专用包埋材料真空包埋、铸造 ,铸得最终尺寸为 2 5mm× 3mm× 0 .5mm金属片 ,上瓷、烧结 ,测试其结合强度 ,并测金—瓷界面形态、界面元素含量及分布情况。结果 :置于铸圈上 1/3中份组包埋的铸件金—瓷结合强度与其它 3组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :置于铸圈上 1/3中份组金—瓷结合强度最高。
【Abstract】 Objective:This study measured the effects of the casting positions in the cast ring on the metal-porcelain bond strength. Method:20 wax patterns were divided into 4 groups, and located at 4 positions in the cast rings. Conventionally invest, cast and fuse porcelain. The bonding strength was evaluated between 4 groups by a 3-point bending test. The SEM with energy-disperse spectrometry analysis was also used.Result:The upper 1/3 group had significantly higher bond strength than the other groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Casting position in the cast ring will influence the metal-porcelain bond strength. The wax pattern should be located at the upper 1/3 in the cast ring.
