【摘要】 目的 :观察Prime&Bond○RNT粘接剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法 :用Prime&Bond○RNT粘接剂治疗牙本质过敏症 82例 ,2 40个牙。用自体同名牙以氟化钠脱敏作对照。结果 :实验组和对照组即刻有效率分别为 95 .0 %、5 5 .8%,三个月后有效率分别为 93.8%、48.2 %,二者差异均有显着性 (P <0 .0 1)。表明用Prime&Bond○RNT粘接剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效是肯定的 ,并初步探讨Prime&Bond○RNT粘接剂的作用机理。结论 :Prime&Bond○RNT粘接剂是一种较为理想的牙本质脱敏剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of treatment of dentine hypersensitivity with Prime & Bond NT.Method:82 cases( totally 240 teeth) with dentine hypersensitivity were treated by Prime & Bond NT in this study. The control group used sodium fluoride on the counterparts.Result:It shows that effective rate are 95.0% and 55.8% respectively,3 months later they are 93.8% and 48.2% respectively, there exist significant difference(P<0.01).it suggests that the high efficiency of Prime & Bond NT on dentine hypersensitivity. Conclusion:Prime & Bond NT is an ideal agent for the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity.更多还原
