【摘要】 目的　比较三种含漱液治疗牙龈炎、牙周炎的疗效。方法　观察口泰、西吡氯铵 (CPC)、朵贝氏三种含漱液治疗牙龈炎、牙周炎前后牙周指数变化 ,并作统计分析。结果　口泰、CPC二种含漱液对牙龈炎、牙周炎有治疗效果 ,与对照组朵贝氏液比较有显著差异。结论　口泰、CPC可作为牙龈炎、牙周炎的辅助治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of three different gargles in treatment to gingivitis and periodontitis.Method Subjects were assigned three groups randomly , and assessed at the beginning and end of a two-week period during which they gargled with 10ml of different mouthrinses each for 1 minute daily in addition to their usual oral hyginene procedure .Subjects were observed in periodontal index from the beginning to end of investigation. Result The indose of periodontal indices were decreased significantly after the using of CPC?Koutai mouthrinse ( p < 0.01 ),the effects of the two gargles are better than Dobell’s sol. Conclusion CPC?Koutai mouthrinse can reduce the severity of gingivitis and periodontitis.更多还原
